    FAQs

    General Information +

What is the Jets Boarding Pass? +

The Jets Boarding Pass is a ten-game mobile pass in which seat assignments change game by game. You will receive your specific seating information in the official Jets mobile app (which you must have in order to purchase or use the Jets Boarding Pass) two hours before each game or when you arrive at MetLife Stadium, whichever happens later. You can enter the game by scanning your mobile barcode at any gate.

How are the seat assignments determined? +

The seat assignments are determined and allocated each week based on available ticket inventory. One game, the seat could be in a lower level section, the next week in the upper deck … it all depends on what seats are available.

How much does the Boarding Pass cost? +

The Boarding Pass is $725 for all ten Jets 2017 preseason (2) and regular season (8) home games. You can pay for your pass in a single payment, or you can sign up for a Boarding Pass subscription (this includes a down payment of $145 at the time of purchase and four monthly payments of $145 starting on August 15th).

    Purchasing the Boarding Pass +

How many passes can I buy? +

You may buy up to six passes (note: all passes must be purchased in one transaction in order to sit together each game).

If I buy multiple passes, how can my guest(s) get their pass(es)? +

All passes will be delivered to the phone that registers the pass. If you purchase two passes, for example, admission and seat assignments for both passes will be delivered to your phone. You and your guest(s) will need to enter MetLife Stadium together.

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one set of passes? +

No. There are no discounts offered for the purchase of multiple passes; however, if you attend all ten 2017 Jets home games, the face value of your seats is guaranteed to exceed your purchase price.

Can I bring different people with me to each game? +

Yes. Different people can attend each game, but the primary account holder must be present, because the pass is only accessible through the mobile device of the primary account holder.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets? +

No. Boarding Pass tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Does the Boarding Pass auto-renew? +

No. Your 2017 purchase applies to the 2017 season only. Information regarding future seasons will be available at a later date.

Which mobile phones support the Boarding Pass? +

The Boarding Pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The official Jets mobile app must also be downloaded for use of the pass. If you have any problems, you can e-mail BoardingPass@NewYorkJets.com for additional support.

Can I use an iPod touch, iPad, or Android Tablet? +

No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods, iPads, or Tablets.

Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone? +

The Boarding Pass is a mobile-only program accessed through the official Jets mobile app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to MetLife Stadium and seat assignments will be managed through the app.

Can I purchase the pass if I don’t have an iPhone or Android phone? +

    Not at this time.

I bought my Boarding Pass. Now what do I do? +

Prior to the first 2017 Jets home game, you'll receive email instructions to register your Boarding Pass in the official Jets mobile app. Once you complete registration, you will be able to see your mobile passes.

    Gameday/Ticket Help +

I am at MetLife Stadium, and it is less than two hours before kickoff, but I did not receive a notification with my seat(s). What do I do? +

Make sure you have registered your pass with the email used during purchase and have location services turned on for the Jets mobile app (to turn on location services, go to Settings -> Jets app -> Location and allow location access by choosing “Always”). If you continue to experience issues, email BoardingPass@NewYorkJets.com for additional support.

When I click on the link to access my pass via the Jets mobile app, nothing is happening. What do I do? +

You may be experiencing trouble with your mobile signal. Try accessing JetsFreeWifi. Make sure WiFi is enabled on your phone, then try accessing your pass again. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app as a troubleshooting technique. If you continue to experience issues, email BoardingPass@NewYorkJets.com for additional support.

How do I get into MetLife Stadium with my pass? +

Access your pass in the Tickets section of the official Jets mobile app. You can scan the digital barcode at any MetLife Stadium gate.

How does my guest scan in with my Boarding Pass? +

All barcodes will be on the device of the person who purchased the Boarding Pass. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes will be scanned from one device. You and your guest(s) will need to enter MetLife Stadium together.

    Boarding Pass Seat Locations +

Where can I expect to sit each game with my Boarding Pass? +

Seat locations will vary by game. For one game, your seats may be in the front row, for another, in the last row. Sitting in different locations is part of the unique Boarding Pass experience.

How do I find out my seat location(s)? +

Your seat location(s) will not be released until a) kickoff is less than two hours away; and b) you are on the MetLife Stadium property. You must have location services enabled for your mobile device in order to receive your seat locations (to turn on location services, go to Settings -> Jets app -> Location and allow location access by choosing “Always”).

Am I guaranteed a seat for each game? +

Yes! You are guaranteed a seat for two preseason and eight regular season Jets games at MetLife Stadium in 2017.

Will I always be in the upper level? +

Of course not! Seats will vary by game and locations will include a mix of seats in the lower bowl, mezzanine level, and upper bowl. If you attend all ten 2017 games, the aggregate face value of your seats is guaranteed to exceed your purchase price.

    Exchanging Passes +

Can I sell my pass(es) for games that I do not attend? +

    No, passes are non-transferable.

Can I share my pass(es) with someone else? +
